I decided 6 months ago that is was time to lose those 18 pounds that I had gained over the last 3 years. At the same time I also started taking Calorad. I made a few minor changes to my diet and took Calorad every night before going to bed. I was amazed over Christmas holidays to have eaten like I was not watching my weight and did not gain an ounce. I have since lost 24 pounds and I have Calorad to thank for it. I am very happy now wearing a size 7/8. I do not limit my food options I enjoy all foods (even fast food) in moderation. I have noticed that the cellulite on the back of my legs has almost disappeared. I will feel great this year about hitting the beach in a bathing suit instead of shorts and a t-shirt. Also as an added bonus I have received many compliments on my complexion and enjoy waking up very refreshed every morning due to the great sleep I have every night. Due to Calorads amazing benefits my waist and legs are smaller and more toned than they were before I gained the weight. Thank you for this Amazing Product.
